年末市场延续偏弱态势,万科独占销售金额、面积榜单首位
2023年,东莞商品住宅市场在政策支持下呈现库存逐步出清、成交止跌走稳的态势。9月,随着“认房不认贷”、取消首套房贷利率下限等政策的陆续出台,市场热度开始小幅回升,2023年东莞市新增商品住宅供应279.6万㎡,同比下降26.7%,成交商品住宅318.8万㎡,同比上升4.1%。
