We hereby confirm that, subsequent to the investment project goes into production, the shareholders of State Nuclear Baoti Zirconium Industry Co., Ltd. (“SNZ", 国核维科锆铪有限公司) agree to guarantee the loan liabilities incurred by SNA in the event of default in payment of two consecutive instalments, or default in payment of three instalments, in aggregate, of principal and interested accrued.SNZ undertakes not to cause any of its assets, tangible or intangible, to be mortgaged, pledged or subjected to lien or otherwise encumbered. In the event that SNZ requires further financing, SNZ agrees not to grant such loan terms to any financial institution that are more favourable than such terms granted to your bank.
