第1题选A，做这道题要了解每个选项的具体意思：A答案的意思是：换句话说；B是“that is to say”的缩写，插入语，意思是：也就是说；C是“尤其的，特别是。。。的”；D意思是：我意思是说。这几个短语都是插入语成分，在句子中起点缀情感与逻辑的作用，可以不要。第2题选B，其实2楼大哥已经讲得很清楚了，我也不用假惺惺装没看到了，只是想补充下第1题。希望同学的问题有所解决。参考文献：个人观点
